Assessment influence of the various aspects on the QoE in 3DTV: Subjective tests
Slíž, Martin ; Šindelář, Marin (referee) ; Boleček, Libor (advisor)
This thesis studies aspects influencing image quality 3D TV systems. Thesis is focused on comparing TV´s of the same brand with different diagonals and compares the change in perception of the evaluators by this parameter. The basic evaluated parameters are image depth, contrast, color rendition, image crossover and overall impression. Describes the creation of testing sequences for subjective tests, testing and evaluation of testing.
Evaluation of hydrodinamic load on a brdge deck
Řezník, Jindřich ; Dráb, Aleš (referee) ; Špano, Miroslav (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is the evaluation of hydrodinamic load on a physical model of a bridge deck, especially to find the relation between the median and extreme quantiles of each hydrodanamic load part and to evaluate the influence, which has the shape of the bridge deck on the size of this load. Relations, that was found may be used to determine characteristic values of loads, caused by water flow, for example, when designing the bridge bearings.
Vliv prostředí na strukturu polárních planktonních společenstev
JACHNÍKOVÁ, Nikola
Using DNA metabarcoding and bioinformatic analysis this study shows, how planktonic communities react on environmental variables (temperature, oxygen concentration, depth, fluorescence, salinity, latitude and longitude). This study also compares arctic and antarctic diplonemid communities.
Analysis of work at heights and above free depth at the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and the civil sector
Jelen, Martin ; Fiala, Miloš (advisor) ; Vilášek, Josef (referee)
Title: Analysis of work at heights and above free depth at the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and civilian sector Objectives: Describe the current status of work at height in the civilian sector and the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and compare work at height in the areas: legal regulations, qualification levels, training courses, training centers and equipment. Analyze the height interventions of FRS CR in 2016-2018. Methods: Data collection from internal staff, study of available literature and subsequent research. Comparison of the current situation in given aspects. The analyzes were divided according to the types of interventions, which were given the frequency, location and time distribution in the given years. Results: The results of the diploma thesis are a description of the current state of work at heights and above clear depth for civilian high- altitude and firefighters of the Czech Fire Rescue Service and an analysis of height and above depth interventions at units of Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Keywords: Analysis, fireman, height, depth, intervention
Habitat preferences of the members of the family Chydoridae (Crustacea, Cladocera)
Zimová, Tereza ; Sacherová, Veronika (advisor) ; Šorf, Michal (referee)
This thesis is a literature review of ecological niche of some species of Cladoceran family Chydoridae. The aim of this work is to summarize the knowledge about the occurrence of species in various types of environments and what are their preferences or see which factors are limiting for them. This work is focused on the type of habitats in which they are found, the trophic state of water and pH. It also mentions to a lesser extent environmental factors such as concentration of calcium and water depth, which might also influence the niche choice of these species. Species can be divided into opportunists with a wide niche and specialists with a narrow one, yet a large proportion of species have a wide tolerance to most environmental factors. Key words: Chydorids, niche, habitat, macrophytes, open water, pH, trophic state, depth, calcium
Depth of two-dimensional data
Dočekalová, Denisa ; Šír, Zbyněk (advisor) ; Hlubinka, Daniel (referee)
In this paper we summarize the basic information about halfplane depth function. It consists of two parts. In the first part we deal with the halfplane depth based on the distribution function, we describe its basic properties and define the concepts of depth contours, central regions and the halfplane median. We also deal with these concepts in the rest of the paper with the main focus on the halfplane median. In the second part of this work we deal with the halfplane depth based on the random choice with the main focus on data visualization. The used methods for visualization are the display of depth contours and the bagplot. This work includes pictures of depth contours for specific distributions which were gained by implementation of an algorithm in the software Mathematica. 1

State and role of invasive zebra mussel (\kur{Dreissena polymorpha}) in the Želivka Reservoir
MERZOVÁ, Martina
The work is focused on the status and role of zebra mussels (Dreissena polymorpha) in the water reservoir Želivka. Literature review summarizes the basic characteristics of living zebra mussels and its impact on the aquatic ecosystem. Current knowledge about this invasive bivalves show that its presence in the water reservoir has certain advantages, but also disadvantages. The main advantage is that zebra as filtrator, increases the transparency of the water and provides food for the animals living in the aquatic environment, or in its vicinity. Disadvantages are then mainly from the economic point of view, the zebra clogs pipes and thus prevents water flow and attached to marker buoys, fishing nets and attaches to the hulls of ships that can be attacked from the inside. In field part population of zebra mussels was sampled in different parts of the reservoir and identified following parameters (temperature and oxygen stratification, coverage to substrate coverage depending on the depth and the substrate, the length of shells according to the horizontal and vertical gradient filtering capacity and the volume rate). The results showed that the incidence and size of shells affects both horizontal and vertical gradient. Zebra mussels occur most depth 1-9 m on rocky, or stony substrate. The greatest incidence was found at Budeč and at Hráz, where the water is less eutrophic than the Zahrádka. Based on these parameters, and literature data was calculated hypothetical filter capacity and discussed its possible impact on the ecosystem components of the reservoir.
The Role of Imagination in Aesthetic Experience in Mikel Dufrenne's Thought
Borecký, Felix ; Ševčík, Miloš (advisor) ; Fulka, Josef (referee) ; Hrbata, Zdeněk (referee)
1 Summary: F. Borecký, The Role of Imagination in Aesthetic Experience in Mikel Dufrenne's Thought The aim of this dissertation thesis is to present Dufrenne's original conception of imagination and to highlight its significance for philosophical aesthetics. We focus on a critical interpretation of two alternative approaches which Dufrenne considers in his work. The first approach is based on a noetic perspective, the other on an ontological one. In both cases, Dufrenne claims that imagination is a productive, effecting activity which in a formative manner participates in knowledge of a priori truths regarding human being in the world. Such knowledge is most fully accomplished in the aesthetic experience. Only there a man opens oneself to the external world while maintaining with it a relation of primordial corporeity, which they both - i.e., both humans and the world - share. Imagination and its correlate, the imaginary, in an aesthetic experience stimulate each other and enable a reverberation of the most fundamental possibilities of human being in the world. It is imagination and the imaginary which enable a man to penetrate the superficial empirical level and reach the deep level of the a priori. On the level of the a priori, a man can experience the original corporeal unity which is of the same kind...
